Seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead tendering and bid management for Grid Solutions projects in the Gulf, Pakistan, Iraq, and Turkey within the MEA region. The role involves overseeing the entire bid lifecycle, from initial assessment and strategy to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract award. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and commercial expertise in HV substations and brownfield projects, along with deep knowledge of the UAE market.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management/sales and/or project management on HV Substations and brown field projects within UAE and preferably resident in UAE.
Experience in HV solutions, Grid Solutions sales, and bid management processes across the MEA region and direct experience working with major utility providers.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in customer engagement at both technical and commercial levels.
Expertise in tender management, cost estimation, bidding procedures, and planning.
Strong knowledge of Grid Solutions business and products, particularly in HV substation applications.
Ability to work effectively in an international and matrix organization.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and resilient, with the flexibility to support cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing day-to-day business activities.
