Description
The Bid Manager will lead national and international proposal projects from decision-making through creation and submission, coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare analyses and presentations, support Sales, maintain proposal documentation, perform cost estimations, and ensure compliance with internal regulations. The role requires a technical or business degree or comparable qualification, 3–5 years of relevant experience, MS Office and ERP/PPS knowledge, German and English proficiency, and readiness to travel. It is based in Bonn with partially remote work and flexible working-time models.
