Rivada Space Networks is hiring a Bid Manager to establish and scale a new business unit serving defence, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, and public-sector markets. The role leads the full bid lifecycle, from bid/no-bid decisions through compliant and competitive proposal submission; develops bid strategies; coordinates cross-functional teams; manages internal approvals; and establishes bid-management frameworks. Candidates should have a proven record winning government, public-sector, or regulated-industry contracts, several years of bid, proposal, capture, or business-development experience, relevant industry experience, strong procurement knowledge, and native-level German with business-fluent English. The position is permanent and offers a hybrid work model in Munich or Berlin.
