Schmitt Engineering is hiring a Bid Manager to process and evaluate customer inquiries for drone defense systems, manage and coordinate the full bid process, ensure bid quality and consistency, lead cross-disciplinary bid teams, coordinate internal stakeholders, serve as the main client contact during bidding, and monitor compliance with approval and regulatory requirements. The role requires a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification; military-project experience is preferred, as is certified project-management training.
