Sysarb is hiring a Tender Manager to own and improve its bid-to-submission process for Swedish public procurement and European enterprise RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor assessments. The role coordinates contributors across sales, technology, security, compliance, legal, finance, and customer success; decides which tenders to pursue; writes and maintains bid content; ensures accurate responses; and hands over won tenders to delivery while reviewing lost ones. The position requires several years of experience leading multi-functional bids, practical knowledge of Swedish public procurement, strong Swedish and English writing, project-management discipline, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. It is a full-time role with a hybrid setup from the Stockholm office.
