Description
The role prepares quantity take-offs and schedules of services for bid calculations, supports drafting and compiling road and path construction offers, reviews tender and technical plan documents, coordinates with estimating, site management, and procurement, maintains bid documentation, and supports change-order processing. Candidates should have vocational training or a degree in construction, experience with bid processing, quantity estimation, or work preparation, knowledge of technical drawing software such as ISL Kocher, and strong MS Office skills.
