Kelvion is hiring a Bid to Execution Manager - Americas to lead the transition of customer opportunities into executable projects across the Americas region. The role governs bid reviews, execution readiness, risk mitigation, capacity and lead-time validation, financial and contractual assumptions, internal approvals, order booking, and handover to project execution. It requires senior-level cross-functional influence, strong commercial and project execution expertise, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, engineering, supply chain, commercial project execution, or manufacturing. The position may travel up to 25% and operates in office, manufacturing, and remote collaboration environments.
