Description
The Bidding & Proposals Manager will lead and assist in preparing compliant bid responses for state and government agencies, developing technical proposal content, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting bid management and sales pipeline activities, and maintaining knowledge of the lottery and gaming market. The role reports to the VP of Business Development and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant technical proposal-writing experience, government-solicitation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and APMP Foundation-level certification.
