Workman is hiring a Bid & Proposals Manager to lead and improve the firm’s bid, proposal, presentation, and tender process from qualification through submission and interview. The senior, hands-on role manages complex bids, coordinates fee-earners and senior stakeholders, develops bid content and knowledge systems, improves commercial processes, and supports win-rate improvement across professional services, property, construction, legal, and consultancy sectors. The position requires at least five years of professional services business development experience, strong bid leadership and project management skills, and experience improving bid management systems. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office, with healthcare, life insurance, wellness support, study support, and other benefits.
