JPMorganChase is hiring a Senior Manager of Software Engineering for its Consumer & Community Banking Digital Technology team. The role leads platform strategy and modernization, AI enablement, streaming and event-driven processing, secure scalable microservices, CI/CD, observability, resiliency, and enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices. It also manages a team of 8–10 software engineers in a matrix environment and requires formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, and two or more years leading technologists.
