KIS is hiring a remote Tech Lead to own the technical and delivery strategy of complex data platforms and pipelines. The role leads and develops engineering teams, defines architecture and delivery plans, performs code reviews, manages production and operational issues, establishes observability and data quality practices, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least five years of software or data engineering experience, strong data pipeline and cloud architecture expertise, advanced SQL and Python skills, and must be based in Latin America.
