Aviso is seeking a Bilingual Account Officer to join their Aviso Correspondent Partner team. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Partner Services and Onboarding, and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, team members, and related parties. Key tasks include following up on client account activities, investigating operational and service matters, reviewing documentation, coordinating transfers, handling inquiries, ensuring problem resolution, and providing reports.
