Credit Human is hiring a Bilingual Advisor - ITM to provide accurate financial transactions and personalized guidance through Interactive Teller Machines. The role combines member service, relationship building, product recommendations, operational balancing, issue research, and compliance while supporting member loyalty and service improvement. It requires cash handling, general ledger accounting, account administration, customer service, bilingual Spanish/English communication, and Microsoft Office experience; banking experience and Episys or Teller Enterprise experience are preferred. The position is onsite in San Antonio, Texas, with a Monday-Friday and Saturday schedule, and pays $23.77–$24.10 hourly with a possible 4% bonus and medical, dental, vision, pension, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
