Description
The Application Specialist I provides technical and sales support to customers by preparing quotations, processing orders, recommending products, developing proposals, coordinating with suppliers, troubleshooting issues, and delivering after-sales support. The role requires a related college diploma, 3 to 6 years of experience in technical sales, customer service, inside sales, or a related field, proficiency with Epicor P21 or similar order-entry and quoting systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
