Equitable Bank is hiring a Bilingual Associate Regional Director to support growth in its commercial real estate financing group by identifying, analyzing, structuring, and originating commercial mortgage opportunities. The role manages loan pipelines, prepares credit summaries and LOIs/AOTs, coordinates with credit and legal teams, promotes the bank and real estate financing brands, and conducts site inspections. It requires post-secondary education, at least three years of commercial mortgage experience, strong credit and financial analysis skills, and bilingual communication.
