Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead individualized ABA care, complete assessments and treatment plans, analyze client data, supervise RBTs and BTs, coordinate with schools and providers, and maintain documentation. The role requires current BCBA certification, NC LBA, a master's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in English and an additional language, and experience with treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver collaboration.
