The Home Care Billing and Collections Support Specialist supports the Billing and Collections departments with special projects, including reviewing and updating duplicate member accounts, checking insurance eligibility, and updating billing records. The role requires healthcare billing and coding support experience, communication skills, computer proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, independent work, multitasking, and time-management abilities; bilingual Spanish and Medical Biller/Coder certification are preferred.
