Universal Processing is hiring a fully onsite Business Development Associate to serve as a sales and client-facing brand ambassador. The role involves gathering leads, conducting cold calls, scheduling appointments, introducing payment-processing solutions, researching client businesses, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting sales targets. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, be bilingual in English and Spanish or Vietnamese, and have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. The position pays $23.50 per hour during the probationary period and $26.00 per hour after successful completion, with medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and 401k benefits.
