Description
TORKLAW is hiring a Bilingual Case Manager for plaintiff personal injury matters to manage pre-litigation cases from start to settlement, coordinate medical records and treatment, communicate with clients and third parties, assist with legal documents, handle property damage and lien negotiations, and support attorneys and staff in moving cases efficiently. The role requires 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with office/productivity software; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Compensation is $60K-$85K, with benefits including paid time off, medical insurance, and a 401(k) match.
