Cencora is hiring a full-time Caseworker to manage assigned pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects and cases, provide telephone and outbound patient and healthcare professional support, administer case-management protocols, monitor compliance and adverse events, maintain program databases, and participate in training and process improvement. The role requires broad training in a relevant field, at least one year of customer-service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office; bilingual French/English ability and medical or pharmaceutical experience are assets.
