Black & McDonald is hiring a Bilingual Centralized Call Centre Representative (English/French) for a remote role based in the Montreal area, New Brunswick, or Ontario. The position supports work-order creation for the FMO and Service departments, handles customer inquiries by phone and email, resolves issues, escalates complaints, maintains the CMMS database, documents calls, and produces reports. It requires 2–3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience, French proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently; JD Edwards experience is an asset. The expected salary is $23.75 per hour, with a starting salary determined by qualifications.
