Array Behavioral Care is hiring a bilingual child and adolescent psychiatrist for a full-time, 100% remote telepsychiatry position serving patients ages 5 and older through a community-based outpatient healthcare organization. The role includes psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapeutic treatment, medication prescribing, data analysis, laboratory testing, and treatment-team collaboration. Candidates must hold an active California license, be bilingual in Spanish, have 1–3 years of experience since licensure, and possess intermediate to advanced technology experience; an updated CAQH profile is preferred. The position requires private home office space and may require additional state licensure and DEA authorization, which Array will support and cover or reimburse.
