The employer is seeking a full-time, fully remote Bilingual Clinical Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based healthcare practice. The role coordinates patient care, appointments, referrals, specialist visits, insurance verification, prior authorizations, EHR documentation, and follow-up while communicating with patients, providers, and other care-team members. Candidates need a clinical background, strong medical terminology and clinical workflow knowledge, EHR/EMR familiarity, and excellent patient communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
