Sunbit is hiring a Bilingual Collections Associate for its in-office call center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role contacts customers with overdue accounts, collects overdue amounts, negotiates installment payment plans, maintains contact and payment records, submits account-status reports, and complies with federal and state collection regulations. The position pays $22.00 per hour with a pay increase after 12 months and tenure bonuses, requires schedule flexibility for possible nights or weekends, and requires at least two years of collections experience.
