Description
The Commercial Mortgage Underwriter will underwrite conventional commercial mortgage credit facilities, evaluate lending criteria and documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, conduct property inspections, manage deal pipelines, and complete reporting and administrative duties. The role requires bilingualism, at least two years of commercial mortgage or SFR underwriting experience, post-secondary education, strong analytical and communication skills, and access to a vehicle for site inspections.
