The role involves setting up and oiling forms, laying mesh, tying reinforcing bars and steel, setting inserts, striking off, stripping forms, and cleaning up. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess over one year of concrete laborer experience, demonstrate physical stamina, willingness to work in varied weather, and hold a high school diploma.
