Alta Resources is hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to provide professional customer service and sales support through inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, mail, sample fulfillment, data entry, order validation, surveys, and social media. The role troubleshoots customer issues, maintains CRM and client-system records, supports product knowledge and retention, may identify sales opportunities, and may translate between English and Spanish, French, or German. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in an English-language pair, and previous customer service, sales, training, or member-retention experience.
