Description
The Customer Service Specialist supports wholesale and retail customers by determining their needs, answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and meeting sales goals. The role includes processing sales transactions, maintaining customer files, pulling and stocking products, tinting and mixing paint, cleaning, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. Candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, fluent in English and Spanish, able to lift up to 70 pounds, and willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
