Description
The Embedded Software Engineering Architect will serve as a senior technical leader and SPOC for a major medical device customer, guiding the design, development, and lifecycle management of diagnostic and monitoring medical devices. The role covers requirements gathering through product realization, system architecture, embedded software design and development, testing, verification, customer engagement, and coordination with offshore hardware, software, and mechanical teams. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, Japanese and English business-level proficiency, 15+ years of embedded software development experience, and 5+ years in the medical domain, with experience in MCU/SoC systems, embedded C, sensor and motor control, communication protocols, operating systems, hardware debugging, and medical regulatory standards.
