Keystone is hiring a regular full-time Bilingual Food Market Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Community Food Market and support program sustainability. The role supervises Food Market Assistants, volunteers, and interns; manages participant service, food-market operations, data entry, donations, community-stakeholder communication, and staff performance; and works a rotating Wednesday evening shift from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The position requires fluency in Spanish, Karen, or Hmong, experience with emergency food services or related social services, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and Microsoft Office experience. A bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, prior supervisory experience, database and data-entry experience, and knowledge of community resources are preferred. The salary range is $47,000 to $51,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, savings accounts, leave, insurance, disability, and retirement benefits.
