Haselden Construction is hiring an HR Operations and Onboarding Specialist to manage Spanish and English new-hire orientation, coordinate onboarding through the first 90 days, process employment and benefits paperwork, maintain HRIS records, support intern and seasonal laborer programs, assist with recruiting and candidate screening, and serve as a liaison for craft team members. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, HR and onboarding experience, construction or entrepreneurial experience, and the ability to travel to active job sites. The salary range is $62,000–$75,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
