Description
The employer is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for a 2nd-shift, full-time permanent role at a Massachusetts production plant. The supervisor will lead and mentor maintenance technicians, repair and troubleshoot industrial electronic, mechanical, refrigeration, packaging, food-manufacturing, hydraulic, conveyor, robotic, pneumatic, boiler, cooling-tower, and HVAC equipment, oversee preventive maintenance and material-handling activities, and recommend improvements to senior management. The position requires an H.S. degree or GED, at least five years of related engineering and industrial food or beverage maintenance experience, at least three years of industrial maintenance mechanic supervisory experience, bilingual English and Spanish fluency, electrical certification, and U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
