Valenz is hiring a fully remote, full-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator to handle inbound calls, faxes, and web requests from providers and clients; document demographic information; initiate and facilitate health-plan authorizations; screen inquiries; obtain clinical information; and provide certifications using clinical algorithms or benchmark length-of-stay criteria. The role requires at least two years of high-volume call center or customer support experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a GED or high school diploma.
