The role manages end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, interviews, offers, candidate records, hiring-manager partnerships, recruitment metrics, and candidate experience. It requires at least one year of professional experience, advanced English, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, discretion, and familiarity with Google Workspace; the position follows a hybrid model with at least one day per week in the Quito office.
