Stack Builders, an international software consultancy with offices in New York and Quito, is seeking a Bilingual IT Recruiter. The successful candidate will join the Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in shaping the growing team by guiding candidates through an engaging hiring journey, from initial conversations to onboarding. Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, developing a strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, managing multiple hiring processes, maintaining accurate candidate records, partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, tracking recruitment metrics, and supporting additional talent acquisition and HR initiatives.
