Aviso is hiring a Bilingual Learning Development Specialist for its Business Management team on a 14-month term. The role reports to the Director, Training & Development and focuses on designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives for Service, Operations, Compliance and Onboarding (SOCON) teams. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, building curricula and onboarding programs, facilitating virtual and in-person training, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting employee development in customer service, operational procedures, and internal systems. The position requires post-secondary education in Learning & Development or Adult Education, 3+ years of corporate training experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365, experience with Articulate 360 and learning/knowledge management tools, and fluency in English and French. The role is based at Aviso, a Canadian wealth management organization, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, and Winnipeg, and offers a salary of CAD 80,000 to CAD 90,000 annually plus benefits.
