The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives for the Service, Operations, Compliance, and Onboarding ('SOCON') teams. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills and knowledge in areas like customer service, operational procedures, and internal systems, ultimately supporting strategic priorities to improve the employee and client experience.
