The role processes annual and interim recertifications for residents in HUD Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC properties, conducts resident interviews, verifies income and assets, maintains resident files, and communicates with residents and staff in both English and Spanish. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant affordable-housing or housing-compliance experience, bilingual communication ability, and strong computer and organizational skills.
