Senior Care Therapy is hiring full-time Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute or skilled nursing facilities across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The role includes individual and group therapy, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical documentation using PacEHR. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LMHC license in the state of application, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be able to work in assigned facilities. The position offers 32- or 40-hour work weeks, a salary of $56,000-$90,000, a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000 for full-time employees, and medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
