The role supports physicians, advanced practice providers, and registered nurses by providing live video and phone check-in and check-out support, patient outreach, care coordination, referral and order processing, follow-up scheduling, and coordination with laboratories, imaging facilities, pharmacies, and vendors. Candidates must hold Medical Assistant Certification, have at least one year of experience in a primary care, urgent care, or multi-specialty clinic, and demonstrate Spanish fluency through verbal and written proficiency exams.
