Universal Processing is hiring a Merchant Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for clients, introduce payment-processing and merchant-financing solutions, generate and qualify leads, conduct in-person meetings, analyze client payment statements, prepare proposals, close sales, and develop referral and affiliate relationships. The role requires bilingual English and Thai or Spanish proficiency, a high school degree or equivalent, and 2–4 years of sales or customer service experience; prior merchant-service experience is an asset. Compensation is $3,900 per month during the probationary period, increasing to $4,333 per month after successful completion, with medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and 401k benefits.
