The role evaluates property values, handles modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu, reinstatements, charge-offs, title issues, and regulatory records while serving customers in their preferred language. It requires a high school diploma, at least three years of mitigation, collections, or default-servicing experience, professional use of a second language, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of mortgage, real estate settlement, and foreclosure processes.
