The Customer Service Specialist supports wholesale and retail customers by answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, processing sales, maintaining inventory and store standards, and meeting sales goals. The role also includes tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. The position is based at store #5188 in York, Pennsylvania, and store #3318 in York, Pennsylvania, and requires English and Spanish communication, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and availability for scheduled evenings and weekends.
