Description
The Customer Service Specialist supports wholesale and retail customers by determining their needs, answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and meeting sales goals. The role includes processing sales, maintaining customer and work files, pulling and stocking products, tinting and mixing paint, cleaning, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. Candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, fluent in English and Spanish, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally; evening and weekend work may be required.
