ExploreGod is hiring a fully remote, entry-level Onboarding Coordinator to welcome and process applications for new and reactivated Online Missionaries. The role assesses applicants, coaches them through online training, monitors progress, places graduates in volunteer communities, manages application and training communications, and troubleshoots basic technical issues. Candidates need two years of administrative experience, strong English and Spanish written communication, and a heart for coaching; CRM or LMS experience is a plus.
