Five Star Solutions is hiring Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents for English and Spanish to support a healthcare enrollment program. The role makes outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system, follows scripts, explains program benefits, handles questions and objections, navigates Salesforce CRM, documents call outcomes, and meets quality and enrollment goals. It is a remote, full-time position for eligible residents, with pay of $17 per hour plus a night and weekend differential and incentives, and includes paid training.
