Description

Five Star Solutions is hiring bilingual English-Spanish Outbound Enrollment Agents for a remote healthcare enrollment program. The role involves making outbound calls to eligible health-plan members, following scripts, explaining program benefits, addressing questions and objections, using Salesforce and other systems, documenting activity, and meeting quality and productivity goals. The position is full-time at $17 per hour plus a night and weekend differential and incentives, with paid training and a Monday–Friday schedule plus one Saturday per month.
