Description
The Panel Processing Supervisor will lead daily operations in a cabinet manufacturing facility, overseeing panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, and boring machines while scheduling production, monitoring quality, enforcing safety, developing team members, coordinating materials and maintenance, and tracking performance metrics. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, at least three years of supervisory or lead manufacturing experience, manufacturing equipment knowledge, blueprint and work-order interpretation, and a high school diploma or GED.
