ACCESS is hiring a Patient Scheduling and Customer Service Representative to handle patient calls, pre-register and schedule patients in Epic, verify insurance and benefits, respond to inquiries and complaints, and complete outbound appointment calls. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer-service experience, basic computer skills, and bilingual English-Spanish ability; healthcare experience and medical terminology are preferred. Training is on-site in Chicago for four to six weeks, followed by a regular weekday schedule with rotating Saturdays, and remote work may be possible after training.
