Description
The Bilingual Patient Coordinator serves as a primary communication hub for patients, families, healthcare providers, and administrative staff, coordinating care plans, appointments, referrals, electronic health records, insurance eligibility, community resources, and patient advocacy. The role also monitors treatment adherence, flags care delays or operational issues, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and other privacy and standard operating procedures. It is available full-time or part-time in a remote setting and requires at least three years of experience in US healthcare coordination, medical administrative support, patient navigation, or case management, along with EHR, communication, organizational, and patient-centered skills.
